Once again we deny anything was wired incorrectly by [redacted] or Steel Electric.1) She did not make the repairs that Steel Electric told her needed to be done2)She was out of her electrical warranty3)Steel Electric and [redacted] deny any wrong doing in the electrical wiring whatsoever, being the heat pump or the ground wire issue The city of high point looked and saw all electrical work and passed its inspection on the job done All of steel electric and Bains work was done to code
I am rejecting this response because:I have never heard the name Steel Electic until nowIf [redacted] subcontracted with this company Steel Electric I knew nothing about this I have only dealt with ***I just want [redacted] to know I know they are not a reputiable company I understand they think they did nothing wrong, but Beco Electrical and the city of High Point, as well as I, know they are wrongI will make sure to let everyone know how they do not stand behind their work and to never use them Thank you for trying to help but you cannot make someone be responsible for their actions or stand behind their work A person or company needs to follow their concious and be honest when they make a mistake It is only a $dollar mistake, but their mistake none the lessAnd anyway if they say I did not do what this company Steel Electric said do, I am not an electrician and would not attempt to do anything dealing with electricity Regards, [redacted]
