I signed up with Bair Aesthetics on 06/27/20. Since that time the protocols have not been individualized (as advertised) to meet my needs, and the feedback from the coach I was working with was never tailored to me as an individual, as they advertise it would be. I reached out to the owner to see if I could switch coaches. However, after reaching out to him directly twice, I never heard back from him. I was clearly not viewed by the owner as a client that was worth responding to. The coach I was working with did not provide any specific feedback, and often responded with short and vague emails when I sent check-ins. The plan was never suited to meet my body's individual needs; it was a generic and "cookie-cutter" plan. The services did not come even close to what I was told I would be given when I signed up. I reached out to the owner and my specific coach on 8/6/20 to ask for a refund for the rest of the month I am signed up for. My specific coach said they will not issue a refund. I am now asking for a refund for 7/27/20- 8/27/20.
In response the the client's message, all of our protocols are 100% personalized and tailored to the client's needs. We coach all of our clients and athletes through prescribing personalized macronutrients based on the individuals dietary hx, body composition and health/fitness goals. Dietary adjustments occur as needed on a weekly basis. We can say and take extreme pride in our evidence-based coaching methodologies, and none of our work is ever "cookie cutter." It's this level of dietary personalization that has allowed us to successfully coach thousands of individuals and have them achieve amazing results in the process.
Due to the intangible nature of our online coaching, we do not offer refunds. However, to further satisfy the customer's complaints, I am more than happy to meet at a middle ground and offer a partial refund for the month:)
