I had hesitation about ordering hardwood millwork online but my concerns were put at ease when the box arrived. Not a nick or ding in any piece. The packing job was impeccable. The pieces were bundled together, then surrounded by expanding foam and packed in a cardboard box. Shipping was super reasonable ($30 from OH to CT) since I was able to order 8 footers and I had one issue that they resolved without a single question. I don't normally write reviews but because of the exceptional experience, I felt the need to write this one.

Hi my name is [redacted] and I am from Dubuque Iowa and I have never wrote a review before, but I and my husband had a bow window installed and we wanted a 5 inch width fluted trim with plinth blocks on the corners. We tryed buying it at Lowels and Menards and we could not get it inthe widths we wanted in 8 foot lenths they said we would have to cut it in the center and put a block there we did not want to do that. Thank God I found you guys, not only were we able to get the width and lengh we wanted you were cheaper even with shiping! And the quility O.M.G. when we received are trim I almost cryed I was so pleased.The packageing, the trim,I coulnd not be more pleased I am telling ever one what a great company you are! Thank You for taking such pride in your product and your shiping and making your product afordable for the averge person! Once again you are a 5 star company BRAVO TO YOU ALL!!!
