This is what happened I have physical proof of everything I did everything I could I guess this is my response First and foremost I will not utter a negative word about *** and *** *** They are truly great people This happening to them is definitely
cruel irony for they are some of the best people I've ever worked for I was surprised when I saw the complaint From the start I was drawn to them and wanted to do the best I could for them This is where I made my first mistake I did underbid this job significantly I wanted so much to make them happy I would like to see the other bids to see if they included the full scope of work along with the changes that were made I also only charged 7% overhead and profit Another mistake A month previous to beginning this job I had lost my grandfatherMy uncle(whom raised me) and my lifetime friend and brother in law within six weeks time So I admit I was in a vulnerable mental state due to the sheer shock of previous weeks I think this can attribute to my poor judgement on these things 1) I did all the concrete cut out work and dig out for my plumber which costed me almost $in labor and material and rentals 2)I hired more workers/subs and at the time couldn't find qualified help but hired them anyways and did not fire them quickly enough thereafter giving way to many chances 3) I payed the plumber dollars and he only did three days of work and wouldn't come back 3)I did not charge for changes made I wanted so badly to do well for them I failed to ask for more money when changes were made Overall we were both the victim of bad people that took advantage of mainly me and hung me out to dry I take full responsibility for hiring them and am simply giving reason to what happened I have since brought in a third party to handle the hiring and firing of subcontractors as well as assistance with all managerial aspects of my job I told *** once that I would lose everything before I left him inconplete and in the end I DID I literally worked making no money whatsoever every day for almost ten weeks and my capital would've covered that if I hadn't had to put 5782, of my own personal money into their bathroom while we lost our entire home Me an my wife and our two children lost our home and had to sell most of our things to survive because of how hard I tried to not leave the job unfinished I am guessing that they either think I am lying or do not care I did all that I could and if you would like me to include photos of the shop with no running water that we live in I will We have family we could stay with but We are staying there to keep our son in his school I know at the end of the day I am easy to point the finger at but tell me what more I could've done for them The fact that me attempting suicide and losing my home are not satisfying enough for *** is truly surprising I also received assault threats from his son literally less than a week ago I have screen shots of the conversation if necessary I have not lied about any of this information and have physical evidence of every single bit of it So that's about it I really don't know at this point what else I could do Do I need to be drug through the streets ? All of us were simply the victims of bad people that took complete and utter advantage of me in the worst time of my life Once again I have since brought in management to ensure this can not ever happen again And for the record I was not fired at all When I was hospitalized for a nervous breakdown because we were losing everything for that job I told them that I could not do it until I got better I guess they just don't believe me But I never lied to them about anything This will never happen again
