I am rejecting this response because: Just because your file does not show what was stated does not mean that your service resoresented did not lie to us I’m not surprised there is no documentation of his thieveryThe truth still stands that kat was told she needed new tires, was presented with prices and warned that she needed to act immediately or be in dangerThe sales person in no longer with your company so clearly he can’t be reachedMy complaint still stands and I demand a proper responseAgain, simply looking at what is in your fine is not enoughYour company tried to swindle us into buying new tires and that is egregious behaviorsAnd the nail you claim was causing damage was simply superficialPlease take responsibility for your actions.

I have attached the full scanned copy of repair order and inspection formI do not show anywhere on any of our paper work that we even said anything about a nail or tireI did also attach the inspection form showing where we marked the tires atYou can also see on our repair order we indicated
the tire status as "green" indicating the tread depth was good. I did also attach the (*** *** ** ***) *** brochure explaining what is a qualified repair and limitsThese are the guiltiness that we go off of and do not steer away as tires are a safety item on a vehicleIf the vehicle is AWD (all-wheel drive) we will measure variance in thread depth between old / new tiresWe cannot spread more than 3/difference from front to rear in order to protect the AWD drivelineHere is a link discussing the AWD variance*** That being said, I have no knowledge of customer’s concern / any documentation in regards to what he is stating we advised/recommended Please let me know what else I can provide for you?

Don’t know why it took from the end of February to the end of April and multiple followup attempts for the “accounting department” to receive my cancellation request, but this is finally resolved.

The contract was cancelled on 9/24/17 with an 8/3/17 date per [redacted]'s request. I emailed copies of the cancellation and the check to [redacted] on Friday. Hopefully this satisfies the complaint.  Thank you.

I spoke with the General Manager on Friday December 4th. He indicated McDonald Mazda was going to repair the vehicle and would call Mr. [redacted] personally to arrange the repairs.
