STAY AWAY, BAD BUSINESS TO DEAL WITH
Review: Hello,
Back in May of 2009 Baires Pools installed a deck around my pool providing me with a 3 year warranty. Immediately after installing the deck the deck formed cracks and the sealant they used began to peel and crack. Since they installed the deck we have not had one pool season without numerous problems. Baires pools came back a handful of times to correct the problems but did it incorrectly. Last year March 2012 they agreed to come back and correct the problem by resealing the pool deck correctly. After numerous emails and calls to [redacted] at Baires they never came to our home to correct the problems as promised. I communicated with Mr. [redacted] in the fall of 2012 and we agreed that we should wait till Spring of 2013 to correct the deck issues because the weather is more favorable at that time. Since March of 2013 I have been in communication with Baires and Mr. [redacted] and I was promised that they would correct the problem in May but now we are in June and they will not return my calls/emails.
I have email documentation to support my statement above.Desired Settlement: If they do not come to correct the problem within the next couple of weeks we would like to hire another company to correct the problem and be reimbursed for the cost(s) of the repairs by Baires.

Can you tell me if Baires Pool ever resolved this issue? We are not having a similar problem with them where they showed up unannounced, plastered a pool in the wrong color and then failed to answer back on how they will correct it. They are now aggressively trying to strong arm us in to paying them.
