*** *** In response to Reupert, this is NOT satisfactory customer service. We were way overcharged for NO positive outcome services. We haven't had any issues thus far due to not being so cold until this point. We had *** heating and cooling out the the house to inspect our system. They noted that parts weren't reconnected corrently from Reupert. They also noted that they don't want to get involved and charge us more when Reupert has already charged us and should take care of our problem

I would like to respond but also set a accurate line of eventsYou did place a service call with us and was informed about the $fee to come out prior to setting the appointmentThe tech did come out and told you that the condensing fan motor or possibly the board was not allowing
the motor to stay running and needed to contact the factory after the holiday weekend to figure out what component was neededIt was at this point you informed the tech about you having a factory parts and labor warrantyTim did tell you at this time Reupert was not able to make the repairs because we were not set up with *** to get refunded for the repairs. Tim is a very qualified service Tech who has been working in the industry for over years and carries all his licencesHe has told me he never stated this to you so I am not clear where you are coming from on this partYou also never brought up anything about this when we spoke on the phoneI feel if we are going to make statements they must be 100% accurateI do not feel we should be refunding you any money because you did not inform us about your warranty at the time you made the appointment and that is your responsibility to know what you haveIt cost real money to have trucks and pay techs to workYou also took a spot from another customer that wanted cooling that day. I have always worked with people to ensure they are happy but I can not just run to a house for nothing like you are asking me to do

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] I have tried multiple times to come to an agreement with the company, however, have been unsuccessful on my own. We had *** come to our house to give some input. You were the last company that touched our equipment prior to *** and this is the information we were given from ***'s visit. # Our condensor fan is not running and compressor is shutting off because a wire was off the fan going to the outside motor. # 2 Screws were missing on the electric panel. ***'s recomendations include: #Reupert to fix/repair (*** *** should handle) or contact *** *** vs Attorney. I felt this would be the best soloution at this time.

Mr***,I am not going to keep going on about your claim that you were not toldI am going to refund your service call of $and ask that you do not call Reupert Heating for service in the future Anyone that calls for a service and expects it to be for free is unrealistic. Joe

I can appreciate your concern about having the first Tech out to look over your system, but please realize that everyone must get a start at there job, and that is why the owners back them up when they run into problems. This is also the reason we bill out on flat rate so you are never charged...

for time a less experienced tech spends on a job or repair and has problems.  I have spoken to my business partner that was out at your home for service and reviewed your invoice. You were only billed for the service you received over the summer (4 months ago) and a quote was provided to make the proper repairs to the heat pump. The system was obviously was running fine up until this point or you would have called sooner to inform us of the problem. If you want to make these repairs we will be happy to do so for the cost you were quoted, If you do not then we can not help you in correcting the issue with your heat pump.

Reupert Co. has not responded with an offer to settle this complaint.However Reupert Co. did respond with some untrue statements!I paid for 2 service calls when if his serviceman was licensed I would have paid only ( 1 )!Reupert Co.  is not responding in good faith!This claim is not settled! [redacted]

Mr. [redacted], I see where you called for the service tech to come out and find out why your air conditioner was not cooling. I have spoken to the lady who took your call and she told me you were informed about the diagnosis fee for the tech to come out. It is standard pratice to charge a fee to...

cover the techs wages, truck expences, ect. The charge was not to ring your doorbell but rather have a credible tech find out why your system was not functioning and explain your options to you for repair or fix. If you would like to replace the system with Reupert I will gladly credit the $82.00 towards the new system. Thanks,Joe

[redacted]  I was not informed over the phone that there would be any charge and the repairman never inspected the system beyond determining its age and lack of freon. Moreover the repairman told me that the charge for his service was independent of any future business.
