*** placed her order with us on 5/1/and she spoke to our salesperson that same day in regards to her orderThe order was **ne over and noted that *** was flying out on 5/19/and that she would also like "proof of the ***riers insurance" once her vehicle was
scheduled.Since we typically work on an order about 7-days in advance her order was posted that same day On 5/8/there was more correspondence between *** and our salesperson in regards to when she would be contacted about the scheduling of her vehicle She was instructed that we were working on getting her vehicle scheduled but I would contact her regardless on 5/12/2015 since that was the day before her 1st available pick up day.On 5/I called and spoke with *** and again discussed the fact that she was flying out on 5/but that we did have a terminal in *** that she could drop off her vehicle at if we did not have her vehicle picked up by thenShe also called in again on 5/(I was out sick from 5/thru 5/17) and again the terminal was discussed.5/I called and spoke with ***, advised her that her vehicle had not been scheduled as of yet, that "snow birds" starting **ing home earlier than anticipated and that we were very apologetic about the delays and assured her that I was doing everything possible to get her vehicle scheduledWe also discussed that thiswas her 1st time shipping a vehicle and I went over everything again about what was entailed about shippingKept *** updated daily through email which shesaid was best way to reach her Poor girl was really having a hard time with everything so I tried to be of as much assistance as possible to herI even checked on the status of her household **ods delivery and updated her about that through email.On Friday 5/I called and spoke with ***, again discussing trying to get her vehicle scheduledIt was agreed that she would give me until Tuesday 5/to get her vehicle scheduled before she would have to resort to other meansTold her I was taking her home with me so I could work solely on getting her scheduledEverything appeared to be fine. On Tuesday, 5/before I could call *** letting her know that I did indeed have her scheduled it was brought to my attention that a Revdex.com complaint had been filed*** was in her rights to be upset with ***-**She had given us the advance notice in which we ask for, plus the 3-business day window for loading and we were not able to meet our time frame that we usually can meetI apologized numerous times and stayed in contact with her daily until scheduling did happenI did call her on Tuesday with the schedule and confirmed when her vehicle was loaded and later supplied her with the drivers name and phone numberHervehicle was delivered before she started her new job, in fact it delivered Friday 5/ I later received an email thanking me for working as hard as I did to make sure she received her vehicle before 6/which was the date she was to start her new jobI cannot apologize enough for any discomfort *** suffered during the shipping of her vehicleWe strive to make all shipping experiences as stresless as possible
