Baja Auto Sales

The roof and ceiling has become an ongoing issue in my apartment (and I know for a fact it has been a major issue propertywide over the last year)Our carpet has become inundated with rain water multiple times because of poorly maintained roofFinally, roofers came out and presumably fixed leak issues, until the hole in our ceiling reappeared a few months ago with more leakageMy fiance and I have been asking for the ceiling to be repaired ever since, yet there has been zero action taken

The Colony has claimed that I owe $2,for a property I moved out of nearly years agoThis has been on my credit for well over years and they refuse to provide me an itemized statement of what the $2,is forI have requested this directly from the property and they told me I had to obtain it from their debt collector, ***I attempted to obtain it from *** and they have told me I must get it from the propertyI feel the property is withholding information in order to charge me additional fees I did not incurI also feel this is not a valid debt if they will not provide me with the information I am requesting, which is a completely reasonable request

Received call from owner Carlos, to discuss case.
Carlos explained that when Baja Auto Sales was unable to get Ms [redacted] financed on the first vehicle she picked out, it offered her a payment plan on the 2000 Blazer, with a purchase price of about $3,100.
He says the Blazer was sold to Baja by...

a local resident, who told Baja he'd done some repairs on it -- new brakes, fuel pump "restored," etc. Carlos says Baja did a visual inspection and test drive on the Blazer and had no issues with it -- either then, or on subsequent test drives.
Carlos says that Ms [redacted] test drove the Blazer, felt comfortable with it, and agreed to purchase it. He adds that he also drove it out to the customer's home (and / or home of a family friend?), without incident.
As per North Dakota state law, the vehicle was purchased "as is," with no warranty.
When Ms [redacted] first reported vehicle issues to Baja, she said her mechanic told her the fuel pump would need to be replaced. Carlos says he advised Ms [redacted] that he would ask his mechanic to look at it as soon as he was able, but that the mechanic in question is not available to Baja Auto Sales full time.
He says Baja offered to acquire a fuel pump for Ms [redacted] at the dealer's cost (less than she may have been able to get it for on her own), and the customer indicated she'd have the work done by her 'usual' mechanic.
Carlos says that since extending this offer, he and / or his wife had made a number of attempts to reach Ms [redacted] by phone (as recently as 3/21), but have been unable to contact her -- says voicemail is full, etc.
Carlos says Baja Auto Sales is still willing to get the customer a fuel pump at its cost, but needs Ms [redacted] to contact the dealer to make necessary arrangements.
