Fort Carson, CO - Poor quality of internet service, worse quality wireless modem equipment, nonexistent customer service
The internet drops out all the time and the wireless modem resets or loses the wireless network at least once every day For the high prices they charge, the return on investment is pathetic

The speed in my area is fine however the service has been dropping off line for most of October and November The local tech can't fix the problem nor the "experts" the company has sent to helpEverytime the wind blows or the temp falls below 30f or the dog passes gas the internet goes off line The local tech tries but the upper management just doesn't seem to care enough to provide him with proper backup for a problem that is clearly above his expertise
They did credit my account for month of service disruption however, I work from home and the frequent down time has cost me a lot of money as well as frustration
Really unhappy and looking for another provider
(BTW: they did notify us of a rate increase though!)

Always have issues with their service, speeds fluctuate constantly as they throttle the network down to minimum agreed upon speeds, lose connection to simple websites constantly, gaming on PC and Xbox One are consistently being dropped off as the network speeds drop so low the systems have to constantly re-connect, and they are completely down for a few hours every 3-5 days it seems. An Internet Service Provider should have redundancy and be able to work on maintenance without shutting down the whole network constantly.

They are obviously betting on the limited number is ISP's in the Fort Carson/Colorado Springs area to make their money. Go with anyone but them.
