I hired BaConcrete to replace a portion of my concrete driveway in Dec They completed the work and I followed all instructions to stay off concrete for a weekHowever, there is still sever discoloration and flakingBaConcrete has a two year warrantyI first contacted them in May to inform them I was unhappy with how the driveway looked and sent picturesThey told me they forwarded my pictures to the team that laid the concrete and to the outsource company that brought the concreteI never heard anything furtherI then followed up in JuneNo responseI then followed up in August and heard back that they would schedule a visit to my house to inspectThey never showed and radio silenceI then followed up for an update this month, September and heard nothing backThis is absolutely ridiculousClearly, something was wrong with the mixture or the way it

Met with owner of company to go over scope of work and get details to prepare estimateWas told we would have the estimate by "Monday"...it is now days past promised "Monday" and still no word from this contractorI called the office times and was told "I dont own the business - I just work hereI cant tell you when you will get the estimateAll I know is he is working on it"
Would NOT recommend this company as the 1st impression was very unprofessional and unreliable
