We take pride in serving our customers with the highest level of service. It is our goal to make our customers happy and we appreciate their loyalty. In the case described above, Mr. [redacted] was given a parking ticket for 2 hours. This is a pre-printed ticket that we offer to all our customers that desire to park their vehicle for a period of time. In this particular case, we offered Mr. [redacted], an extra hour of parking to extend our service instead of the usual 2-hours parking time. The parking ticket states that it is a 2-hour parking and that no after business hours parking is allowed. Mr. [redacted] returned after 1am to pick-up his vehicle. Naturally, the mall security noticed the vehicle after business hours and call it to be towed. The mall has signage thought out the parking lot with the rules and policies for all customers. It is clear that after hour parking is not allowed.As for Mr. [redacted]’s request of reimbursement for the fees in this case, we are unable to do this. Baja Duty Free never called the towing company to have this vehicle towed. It is the customer’s responsibility to follow any of the mall’s rules and policies.I have attached the original complaint from the Revdex.com and our parking ticket for your reference.
