Review: They never fulfilled the order, we were short one hat. They gave me an embroidered test hat that was a different color, logo and quality. We had an agreement that I would be transferred the embroidery file, that I paid $75 for the Baja Man to create. When I paid for the invoice and asked for the Embroidery file the owner pointed to the contract and said I never give the file away, then you can go anywhere and print your hats. I said I understand the contract but you agreed to me that I would pay $75 and I would get the file. He basically lied to get the work and reneged on his agreement!Desired Settlement: I want the file he promised to me, that I paid for! I do not want to deal with him, in anyway, except an email with exact file!
