Review: Bajraktari managament conducts business is a very unprofessional manner. Our leased apartment has been in an inhabitable condition for the past 4+ months. There has been a problem with the boiler and broken pipes. The condition has been brought to the attention of management on over 15 occasions yet nothing has been done about the issue. On one occasion, the carbon monoxide detector went off due to levels over 60ppm. The fire department concluded that the issue was caused by broken/faulty boiler and pipes. [redacted] found a hazardous condition involving the pipes and boiler. They were forced to shut off, cap/plug the appliance as well as issue a red tag warning. The management company still did nothing about the matter. After indicating a claim would be made against the management company, they finally agreed to fix the issue. However, it has been over a month since they indicated they would do so, and nothing has been done to fix the issue other than pushing it off continuously. Bajraktari is taking advantage of their tenants and not providing habitable living conditions that meet the code stated by New York City warranty of habitability.Desired Settlement: compensation for the inhabitable living conditions.
