I can't say enough good things about the whole team at BAK Brothers. Re-siding an entire house James Hardie is an expensive project in and of itself. After you add on replacing all the windows, doors, and rebuilding the back deck, and you are looking at a massive undertaking. To complicate things, we had some open areas around the foundation of the addition on the back of our house that needed to be properly sealed up. We contacted a number of siding and windows vendors but only Artur Bak consistently returned our calls and replied to emails quickly, answered questions, provided alternatives to customize our home, referred us to various sites in locations in our area where they were doing work, worked with us on the pricing, and had a good plan for addressing some of the unique issues with our home like the open areas around the foundation of the addition. Throughout the sales process, Artur made suggestions that we hadn't thought of and helped us to pick all the right elements for our desired final result.

Once the project began, Norbert was an outstanding project manager who was on site most days when the team was working, and kept us informed every step of the way. Our house was built in 1953, so there were a few surprises along the way, which was to be expected. Each time an issue came up, Norbert and the crew addressed it with us promptly and worked with us to come up with the best possible plan to resolve it without completely blowing our budget out of the water. Andy and the rest of the crew performing the work were skilled craftsmen. The site was cleaned up at the end of each day and everyone responded quickly when we had a concern and made sure that 100% of the project was done to our satisfaction.

We could not be happier with the final results, recommend BAK without hesitation, and look forward to working with them again in the future on other home improvement projects.
