I went to Jacqueline Baker Accounting & Tax Service for 2019 tax preparation. She did not complete our tax information correctly the first time. I returned to her office to have her make corrections. She did not complete them accurately a second time. I refused to allow her to continue filing our taxes, and took our business elsewhere. Ms. Baker has harrassed me via email and by mail, where she has demanded payment for preparing our taxes. She did not provide service to us. She failed to be able to accurately complete our tax documents.
Other (requires explanation) I need Ms. Baker to discontinue any further contact with my husband and I and to discontinue her fraudulent billing attempts for services that were not provided to us.
