Review: To whom it may concern:

After I buy a car, on March 11, 2014, a Nissan Pathfinder 2011 the sale person gives me only on set of ignition keys, I ask for the second one and per the key of the glove compartment. I leave the place whit the promise that when I return for the plates and the registration card, my second set of keys will be there as well the key for the glove compartment. I give many calls on the mitle time asking for these keys, promising to me resolve the case that never was resolve. I was there last week for the plates, after asking again for the keys, the answer was: The sale person is off today, he will call you tomorrow given an answer, is a week later a I still waiting for this call an for the keys.Desired Settlement: The keys that never I have

Sincerely yours, [redacted]

I went into this dealership and test drove the 2015 charger. When it was time to go inside and talk numbers the sales manager, [redacted] was rude and had a very poor attitude. I was asking a few simple questions in regards to how he came up with such absurd monthly payment numbers. On their website the car was around $350 a month. My car that I was going to trade in had a negative equity of that equated to $150 a month so the total would come out to $500 a month total on the car. Yet the price he gave me was $589. That’s $89 more than what it should have been in the ball park of. That’s a $3,204 difference in the entire 36 month lease. It is my right as a consumer to be concerned and just ask how the prices came to be. [redacted] told me “hey this can go the easy way or the hard way, you decide.” And a few moments later after I said that price did not make sense he told me that he would not sell me the car and I have a poor attitude and told me to get out and leave and not come back. I asked who the supervisor was and [redacted] said the owner [redacted]. When I asked for the owner I was told he was not there. So basically in short I was treated like garbage and "kicked out" of the dealership just because I asked a few questions about the price. After this happened I left the owner a message and was not contacted back. I am assuming that either the owner does not care to respond or that he never got to hear my voicemail as they might have deleted it.
About 2 weeks after this incident I called the dealership in regards to the voicemail message I left the owner. I was told the owner comes and goes randomly but I can talk to this other guy, [redacted] (not sure how you spell it) that is a sales manager. [redacted] asked me what happened and what the issue was. So I told him what happened a few weeks prior with [redacted] then asked me why I was wasting my time with this and said I was being ignorant and must have no life because I should not be calling about this. He went on and on bashing me throwing insults after insults at me while I never said a word bad to him. He asked me what my issue was and I just told him what happened. I kept asking for his name because I wanted to take note of it and he would not give it to me. He proceeded to call me stupid, said I was rded and that I was mental. He told me I should go see my psychiatrist or pastor or priest because I need help. I am a veteran. I served my country and got a medical discharge for depression. The comments/insults he made are very offensive and I take them very personally. I have been dealing with depression for the past year and a half so the fact that the word mental is thrown around just because I was telling him what happened the few weeks prior hurts deeply. I did nothing wrong to him. I did not insult him or reciprocate such behavior. I kept asking for his name and he kept talking over me and insulting me so towards the end I lost my cool and told him he was being a coward not giving me his name and called him a piece of [redacted] My brother in fact has multiple learning disabilities so it bothers me a lot that [redacted] threw around the word rd as well. He thinks he is a big shot belittling and talking nonsense to someone on the phone. [redacted] was such a coward he wouldn't even tell me his name.
I would not recommend this place to anyone at all. As a consumer this is just appalling and absolutely disgusting. I served in the US military. I came back last December of 2014. I did not serve my country to come back and get treated like trash by some cowardly childish fool over a phone. And using the words rd and mental over something like this is just ridiculous and highly offensive.

Review: Very dishonest place, completely ripped me off, I spent $30,000 on a used [redacted] when I test drove with sales guy Rob m[redacted] the AC could not turn on, he said its something minor and they will get it fixed right away, I should not trust him but I did, after done paper work I went to him and confirmed with him that AC was fixed he said YES, but the AC has the same problem and shuts it self before I even get home, then the car wont start everytime and will stall while driving, I caused couple major traffic jams in the city because the car just stalled and wont start, contacted the dealer they sent it to mercedes in town for me and I paid the dignose fee, then received a $11,000 repair bill, just spent $30,000 and the car did not make it through even the first day, talked with all the managers and none of them wants to talk about it.They knew the car has serious problem and the very dishonest sales guy Rob m[redacted] lied to me, he said "go ahead and finish up with the finance manager and I will get the car fixed right away" when we discovered the AC issue, I was so nice did not ask any lower than the listing price and made it easy on everything for him, I am 23 years old and just started my own business, now I am stuck with a big piece of [redacted] that dont run. talked with all the managers and none of them wants to talk about it.Desired Settlement: This dealership/sales guy discovered there is a problem with the car when we test drove it ,but he still trick me to buy it by telling me they are getting it corrected right away, after purchased it still has the same problem and after I sent it back for dignose it turned out to be a $11,000 repair (have receipt).

That is very dishonest, they discovered the car has serious problem and still trick me to buy it, and telling me its something minor and they getting it fixed right away, very dishonest.

Review: Inaccurate representation of vehicle, 900 miles more which expired factory warranty, undisclosed accident with unrepaired damage, lied about origin of vehicle, handed off to multiple peoples/sales games. Failure to honor oral contract for full tank of gas. Threatened to sell vehicle to other party after my deposit was already paid. Failure to properly inspect "certified vehicle" Over charged on sales tax and took 5 weeks to receive a partial refund. Near impossible to receive a call back and was forced to call multiple times per day each day. After partial payment received they claimed I was first owed more to correct it then said I had been over paid. Poor and slow service resulting in late and incorrect registration. Once deal done it became impossible to reach anyone. Very snobby attitude towards customers. I have still not received my entitled refund and have had to make two trips to [redacted] DMV and pay fees at my expense to correct Baker CJD errors.Desired Settlement: Option 1: I offer to pay first 2 months payment and will return vehicle for a full refund

Option 2: A signed, written apology admitting to unethical and illegal practices

Option 3: A check for monies owed $921.07 over nighted with a sincere apology.

Review: I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. Within the first week of ownership I noticed an oil leak, a violent shimmy at highway speed, and a leak in the rear differential. I scheduled an appointment with the dealership. I was told that my drain plug was loose, there was an issue with the u-joint, and I was to reschedule because the parts were not available. I was not given any paperwork and that the repair needed to be cleared with the sales manager. Since then, my calls have been ignored and there is still oil leaking from the engine and rear. The shimmy is still present.Desired Settlement: Would be nice to have the warranty honored and my vehicle repaired
