We are aware of the customers concerns regarding her vehicleShe did bring the vehicle back for us to touch up spots that we did in fact miss, however in all fairness there were several more that it appears her children might have done after she picked it up(We understand this as we all have kids!) I feel we did everything in our power to correct the issues, as we never can offer a complete 100% stain removal guarantee.We did process a refund in the amount of $on June 14th for her inconvenience, as we did not get her vehicle as clean as we should haveThere are times that we do miss some items, however we are always happy to either touch up or any detail service that we perform
I spoke with [redacted] yesterday and tried to resolve her complaint. After working on her car for 45 minutes for a 10.99 car wash she was still unsatisfied with our work. I offered her to bring the vehicle back at her convenience and I would be happy to re-wash the vehicle at no additional charge. She...
declined that offer. Further I had an affiliated car wash store reach out to her yesterday to offer her the same resolution at no charge at a different facility, and she has not responded as of this morning. We will continue to offer her that solution if she would like.I feel that we have offered her every available option that we have at this point, and am sorry if she is not satisfied with the car wash as we have exhausted every option at this time.
