Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Time is of the essence, we needed it for Christmas’ eve dinner that’s why we picked it up early on dec 24th, to get it done before going to workYour Enployee told ME politely over the phone that he was aware of the situation and he would contact the owner and get back to meThat never happenedI have zero reasons to lieYou min instructions failed to disclose that in case the machine stops working just go ahead, find tools and open up the hood and figure it out!!?? That is exactly what your other employee did upon return of the machine No, we had no interest in missing work that day just to start over the process after you took off the metal hood to fix the broken machine Also your $discount were not accepted, in fact your employee invited and encouraged us to file a lawsuit for itHe was very nasty, that is why I tried to solve this some other way.Dear owner, get your facts straight from your employees, when the polite one is gone the nasty one takes overA refund from you does not even pay for my time My time is worth money, I’m literally throwing away money by taking the time to reach out to the Revdex.com in an attempt to warn my community

This is Baker Equipment Rentals response to the above referenced complaintThe customer initially came in on 12/22/to rent a Pressure Washer, our employee spent over minutes instructing her on how to operate the machine, even going to the additional measure of giving her additional
instruction by hooking it up with water because the customer did not feel comfortable with operating the machine on her ownCustomer was also instructed, as this is a motor, that portions of themachinery can get hot and to avoid contact with that portion of the machineryAfter providing safety instructions, above and beyond what is normally required, the pressure washer would not fit in her vehicleCustomer wanted to come in following day with a different vehicle for pick up.Day 2: Customer returns, this time with her husbandOur employee spends another minutes or more instructing her husband on how to operate the pressure washer, again going the extra mile by hooking it up to water to further demonstrate how to properly use the pressure washerAnd, once again, pointing out that this is a machine that has portions that can get hot, and to avoid contact with those portions of the machine.Customer returns hours later stating they could not get the pressure washer to work and got burned on the motorCustomer did not, at any point, call to ask for help, or to report that pressure washer was not working correctlyWe did discount the rental by $10.00, in the interest of customer relationsA few things I would like to point out, we went above and beyond in supplying this customer with safety and operating instructionsWe also provided quality equipment, it was purchased within the last year, it was not an "old one"The complaint and resolution all happened immediately, I will enclose a copy of the contract that shows their return of the equipment at 9:AM, and the credit was issued at 9:AM, so there were no “lies" about discussing it with the ownerWe offered a good faith discount and itwas acceptedIn addition to the giving the customer a discount, we ?ffered to replace the equipment so they could finish their job, the customer déclinedThe equipment was rented prior to 12/23: no issues

You 30 min instructions failed to disclose that in case the machine stops working just go ahead, find tools and open up the hood and figure it out!!?? That is exactly what your other employee did upon return of the machine.  No, we had no interest in missing work that day just to start over the process after you took off the metal hood to fix the broken machine.  Also your $10 discount were not accepted, in fact your employee invited and encouraged us to file a lawsuit for it. He was very nasty, that is why I tried to solve this some other way.Dear owner, get your facts straight from your employees, when the polite one is gone the nasty one takes over.
