I am rejecting this response because: FIRST OF ALL IT WAS JULY 15/MY FIRST VISIT.SECOND WHEN HE SAID I DID NOT SHOW AFTER DAYS THAT NOT TRUE BECAUSE MY NEXT VISIT WAS ON JULY 22/I WEEK AFTER .YES AFTER THAT MY NEXT VISIT WAS AUG 5/( DAYS AFTER ) BECAUSE I HAD TOLD HIM I HAD A PREVIOUS ENGAGEMENT WHICH HE HAD NO PROBLEM WITH IT WAS NOT GOING TO MAKE A BIG DIFFERENCE AND AS FAR AS TIME A WEEK ALSO NOT TRUE BECAUSE I HAD TOLD HIM I ONLY HAVE FRIDAY OFF FROM MY WORK AND THAT WAS THE ONLY TIME I COULD DO IT .IF YOU LOOK AT THE DATE IT ALL FRIDAYS AGAIN HE ASSURE ME THAT IT WOULD BE O.K .AFTER THAT I DID MY NEXT VISIT WAS ON AUG 12/THEN AFTER THAT AUG 19/2016, AUG 26/2016, SEPT 2/, SEPT 9/2016, SEPT 23/2016, OCT 7/2016, OCT 21/2016, OCT 28/2016, NOV 4/2016, NOV 11/2016, NOV 18/2016, DEC 2/2016, DEC 16/2016, JAN 13/2017, JAN 20/2017, JAN 27/2017, FEB 3/WAS MY LAST VISIT.NOT TRUE WHEN HE SAID ARM PAIN AND NUMNESS NO LONGER A COMPLAIN BECAUSE I WAS TELLING THAT NOTHING WAS CHANGING.NO I WAS NOT GETTING WORST IT WAS STAYING THE SAME THE NUMNESS AND PAINAS I HAVE LISTED ALL MY VISIT IT SHOW THAT I DID NOT STAY A MONTH WITHOUT A VISITOR WEEKS AND THEN VISIT PER WEEKI AM THE ONE THAT TOLD HIM THAT IT WAS JUST NOT WORKING AND NO LONGER WAS GOING TO CONTINUE BECAUSE I WAS GETTING NO RESULTAT THE BEGGING HE IS SAYING THAT I HAVE CERVICAL FACET ARTHROPATHY THEN HE SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME THAT IS SOMETHING THAT HE COULD NOT CURE,SO WHY DID HE TOOK ME ON AS A PATIENT ALL TOGHTER I HAD VISIT ,YES A WEEK FROM JULY/TO FEB /AT THE COST OFF $ I HAVE ALL MY RECEIPT FROM ALL MY VISIT IF IT IS NEEDED. The patient presented herself to our office on 7/16/ With neck pain, stiffness,popping decreased range of motion with pain across and between her shoulders with upper and lower arm pain with pins and needles These symptoms had been getting worse for the previous yrsProbable
injury yrs previously Previous x-ray report from hospital moprior diagnosed mid-cervical facet arthropathy Took further x-rays to confirm any mis-alignments and confirmed diagnosis Suggested treatment plan 2x per week for weeks The patient did not comply with recommended course of treatment and scheduling After 1st adjustment patient did not return for days2nd visit was days after thatThen came in 1x per week for weeksThen we added massage therapy visits with her adjustments and one traction treatment She rated herself the same at that time as constantly mild and dull in neck and shouldersAt that time the arm pain and numbness with pins and needles were no longer listed in her subjective complaints? Also she was no longer stating she was getting worse as she had been in the beginning of her careWe then didn't see her for a month Then weeks between visitsThen visits 1x per week We changed chiropractic procedures and therapies multiple times in an attempt to better her results When that didn't give us measured results we didn't schedule any future appointments Every patient in our office is given the best care per their individual needs and we only want the best for them I regret that the patient doesn't feel she received enough resultsBut it did stop the worsening of her symptomsWe did our best to help her when she came in
