I am rejecting this response because:
I've personally spoke to the Baker's Customer Service Representative the day after my visit with my PCP (primary care physician) and was assured that all documentation and language was in order.Now, here we go again with more excuses, delays and run-a-rounds.Baker's has NEVER taken the initiative to contact me in the year that I've been going through this nightmare.Had not I filed this complaint with The Revdex.com, I wouldn't even have this information.I examined my feet, ankles and skin and I can see continued deterioration and am now beyond ANGRY!TOTALLY UN-ACCEPTABLE, TOTALLY!!!
