I started talking to Baker Pools, to build a pool in my back yard, after two bad experiences with two other pool companiesTheir sales/design representative (*** ***) was very honest and thorough; he carefully listened to my requirements and offered a solution that satisfied all my requirementsWhen the job started he was in constant communication with me, visiting the job site to ensure work is progressing flawlessly and keeping me informed about every stepCrews for each phase of the job were highly experienced professionals who knew their job very wellTheir project management team was amongst the best in the industry, as an Architect, I very well know what a difference a project management team can make in success or failure of a projectDespite several weeks of heavy rain, they finished the job as promised and gave us a beautiful pool that my family is highly enjoying in these hot days of summerI have already recommended them to two of my friends and will do so proudly again and againThank you Baker pools for a job well done

Poor communication internally. Unprofessional from sales, construction and all the way to owner. Was called white trash by owner. Nice! Just want you money not interested in quality work or satisfied customers.
