This establishment goes by RV Storage Depot On March 8, 2018, my husband and I reserved an RV spot online at www.rvstoragedepot.com and we got reservation number # [redacted] and a quote of $monthly rate and an email to confirm that reservation We visited the facility sometime in March to take a look at the facility to make sure it was clean and safe We met [redacted] and we asked if we needed to make a deposit and he replied that we would take care of that the day we bring in our RV A few days before bringing in our RV, my husband called the facility to advise the staff that we would be bringing the RV in on April and was told that it would be fine On Monday, April 2, we brought our RV in to get stored and [redacted] , the manager, says that our spot was given away in a very nonchalant, I don’t care attitude We showed her our reservation number and she kept saying it was only an inquiry and not a true reservation How are we, the customer, supposed to distinguish the differ

To whom is may concern:We have handled this complaint with the customer's wife over the phone negotiated Tenant termination notice by extending an extra four days to accommodate his schedule, he moved out of the unit on 7/31/Reason for termination was based on tenant sleeping at the storage
facility overnight, opening doors after facility was locked down, loitering onsite all day and several aggressive confrontations with our onsite staffTenant was approached in parking lot of our business because he was seen on camera and in person exiting the building before operating hours which is against facility rules and regulationsThe tenant claims of racial slurs have been denied by my staffTenant was overheard using profanities at our onsite construction manager by staff and customers in the office.Per the signed lease the storage facility has the right to limit and deny accessThe tenant signed a lease stating the unit would be used for dead storage onlyOnce it was discovered he was breaking our rules he was terminated by corporateHere are the rules as set forth in the lease which tenant signed:USE OF THE SPACE: All property stored by You must be stored within The Space, and any property located outside of The Space may be treated by Facility as abandoned, and may be destroyed, discarded, or otherwise disposed of in any way Facility sees fitYou may not place in, or on, The Space, or allow any other person to do so, any personal property owned by any person other than by YouYou acknowledge and agree that The Space is for storage use only, and that unless, and until, a lien arises in favor of Facility, if at all, You have exclusive control of The Space during the term of the tenancy created by this Agreement, and that You may not assign, lease, sublease or sublet The Space, or any portion thereof, or any of Your rights under this Agreement, to any other person or entity, without the prior written consent of FacilityYou may not use the electric light fixture or any electrical circuit, if provided, for any purposes other than to receive a lightbulb for illumination of The Space, which bulb You shall provide, and under no circumstances may the electric outlet or any electrical circuit be used by You for operation of any engine, motor, appliance, equipment or any device other than as a lighting outletIf The Space is left unlocked and vacant for a period of hours, Facility may treat The Space as having been vacated and abandoned by You, without any notice thereof by FacilityACCESS TO STORAGE SPACE BY FACILITY AND OTHERS: You hereby grant Facility, and its agents and employees, and representatives of any governmental authority to access The Space, without prior notice, whenever, in Facility's sole judgment such entry is necessary for any of the following reasons: (a) to inspect The Space whenever Facility, or any such governmental agency including, without limitation, police, fire, medical, and hazardous, toxic or illegal materials, substances or activities inspectors, believes that any hazardous, illegal, dangerous, or nuisance condition or activity may be occurring within, or originating from, The Space; or (b) to inspect for, or address, an emergency involving any threat to the lifeor property of any individual or entity; or (c) to conduct repairs or maintenance therein or to Facility's Premises; or (d) to preserve or protect life, property, The Space, or any part of the facility in which The Space is located, or FaciliPremises; or (e) to comply with applicable laws; or (f) to enforce any of Facilirights under this Agreement or otherwise under the lawIf The Space is rented in the name of a legal entity or a fictitious name, and not an individual, the entity shall have primary responsibility as to who enters The Space in that any person who has access to enter The Space and has the access code to enter Facility's Premises shall be assumed to be authorized by the entity to access The Space, to remove therefrom, and/or to store therein, any personal property items.Signed,*** ***Baker Ranch RV Storage
