Baker Restoration Services is not fixing an issue they caused at our property
The business has come out to remove mold from our basement bathroomIn doing so they moved the vanity and the toiletHowever they didn't put the toilet back correctly so it leakedWe contacted *** (owner) about the issue and he sent someone to supposedly fix itThe problem was still thereWe contacted the owner again and he kept giving empty promises and setting up times for someone to come and no one would showMy parents would change plans to ensure someone being at the property for ***'s team to show up and no one hasThere is water leaking from the toilet onto the floor which is grounds for moldThe owner himself told us that it only takes hours for mold to growWe are going on for more than weeks nowI contacted the second owner *** and he promised me to have someone come out and fix the problem that same day and no one showed upI called again and again and both *** and *** ignore
