Gutter guards were not replaced correctly. Ihey were broken and bent.Baker Roofing Co. came and put a new roof on, I was assured that my gutters would be put back on the same way they were. They came back to fix them and made them worse I finally had to call my gutter company to put them back right and they charged me 746.00 to fix the problem.Desired SettlementMoney I had to pay to fix my gutter guards that they said would be put back the same way before my roof was installed.More info received from the consumer 2014-04-04The Baker Roofing Company called and came today and gave me a check for fixing my gutters, I am very pleased and happy about the results.

I own a home in the Raleigh area. this company came as promised to deliver the quote and to deliver the service. The 2 workers were excellent. took two days and area was cleaned up. I ok'd them leaving their ladder in my back yard to complete the back next day. Supervisor came twice to visit job site and to see if I had any questions.
I would recommend this company for a roof repair or replacement to anyone.","pos-1
