Revdex.com,In response to the complaint from [redacted] at [redacted] ** [redacted] has a rental agreement with Baker Septic for a holding tank; the holding tank (equipment) that she rents from us does require regular pumping service for maintenance at $150.00, this is the full and regular cost of the service We went out on 3/21/to perform this regular service to the holding tank (equipment) that she rents from us ***, without our knowledge, has buried our holding tank (rental equipment) in a difficult spot to reach; which did require our technician to drive onto the lawn for the regular maintenance service to be performed On this date 3/21/the technician did pump the entire holding tank which is why the $cost occurred This is the full and regular cost for this service Upon a conversation with [redacted] about the condition of her lawn she shared with us that the cost to fix damage to her lawn was $ At this time Baker Septic did agree to discount this service to $ Baker Septic has also discussed the problem of the tank placement that [redacted] choose and has apologized for the issues.In her desired settlement; she is requesting for Baker Septic to finish the job (Baker Septic did complete the job on 3/21/17; we pumped the entire holding tank) She wants an apology (Baker Septic has apologized for her yard damage as well as reimbursed her for the damage at $50, the amount that [redacted] has informed us it cost to make the repair) This resolution was reached prior to 5/18/when Baker Septic was notified by the Revdex.com of any issues
