The email below is from Greg at Baker & Sons It clearly states that they will give me a maintenance at no charge However, today they decided they would not honor and didn't bother to show up or call me to discuss I sat home for hours waiting for them and when I called at 4:I was told by Karen they weren't going to honor the maintenance and they never agreed to do so However, Karen and I had a conversation back in June which she told me they would honor and to give them a call when I was ready to schedule
They are rude, inconsiderate and not professional

Mrs***, It has come to my attention that our tech who was scheduled to come over and inspect the dust problems on June 1st did not show up You have my sincere apologies for this incident If you can forgive us I will include one free maintenance of your air conditioner in addition to diagnosing the dust problem and seeing what can be done

This Company was recommended to me 2 1/2 yrs ago. Listening to that recommendation was a mistake. I have since found out that this company has been over charging me for repairs. For example a uv light system available on the internet for $381 cost me nearly $1700, a condenser costing $70-90 cost over $600.
I asked one of their employees about this, he said he coudn't deal with me but his boss would phone me back. This never happened.
A company to be avoided.
