Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:Thank you for updating my report and correcting the error. The account still shows active balance, the...

balance is not my liability but that of “fusion” which you are awaiting payment from. Please close the account/remove my name as the account holder for the balance. The balance pending is currently under my credit report and showing as high credit balances, this will affect my ability to obtain additional credit.I have reached out to the number indicated on your message and no one could answer why my account still shows open. Please assist, thank you again.

March 24, 2017   [redacted]   Dear [redacted] We were recently notified that you filed a complaint against us with the Revdex.com on March 17, 2017 regarding numerous fees charged to your account earlier this year. Upon...

opening your account with North Jersey Federal, you were given a Welcome packet that contained fee schedules and terms and conditions for said account. We urged you to review the information to become aware of all aspects of your new account in addition to a contact number for you if you had any questions regarding your new account. [redacted], we have no record of any deposits or withdrawals made on your account, which is the reason for your account to become inactive and incurred fees. The State of New Jersey has Abandonment Property rules where all financial Institutions and credit Unions must adhere to. The rule states, if any depository accounts has zero transactions in a 12 months period we need to notify and change the account status from Active to Inactive. We followed the State of NJ Abandonment rules and we didn’t hear from you at all after the monthly statements and notices went out to you. We value your membership and want to quickly resolve this matter for you, we will return your $50.00 membership pledge to you at once. It is our sincere hope that North Jersey Federal is able to regain your trust as a banking institution and for you to return to North Jersey Federal Credit Union as a member. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Please contact us at our Totowa branch location at [redacted] if you have any further questions about this matter.
