Clarification taken over the phone by Revdex.com Resolutions Consultant Spoke with Mr***, [redacted] ***He states that he has only spoken to RJ Mr [redacted] states that he was originally sent the wrong part back in Aug He says he has had several communications since 2014, aprox 2-times a month since thenRJ will just place him on hold and never get back to the callAll he wants is the correct part

I am rejecting this response because: I never had correspondence with Ms Lisa J*** only RJI
contacted RJ on several occasions indicating that the part he sent me was the wrong partHe said he would research itIn good faith I waitedAfter repeated calls I made to RJ, he would put me on hold for long periods of time and never return to the phoneWhen I would call again and RJ recognized my voice he would hang up the phoneI then would would send him emails to no availHe never respondedI have all the time stamps when I called and the no response to my emails.
