February 29, 2016To whom it may concern:We have been trying to settle this issue with her for quite some timeShe refuses to contact us, she allows only her boyfriend to talk to usShe had repairs done 5/28/and agreed to pay paymentsThe car was towed in, we found that the timing belt had broken and bent the valves in headReplaced timing belt and components and replaced bent valves in cylinder head, also the two serpentine belts for the water pump and power steeringCar also needed engine mounts and front brake pads for inspectionVehicle also had a mass air sensor code in computer and we stated on the bill that it will need to be replaced in the futureHer total bill was $She did pay $on 5/29/and agreed to pay $a month till bill was paid in full, which would have been paid off by 10/28/She did sign a contract which we do have documentation ofHer boyfriend called the shop irate, cussing us out saying he was taking it to another shopHe called back a week later apologizing saying the shop confirmed that the work was actually done and done correctlyNo “welding of the engine” or cutting was ever done, that is absurd, nor did we ever speak to her, NOT ONCEShe only had her boyfriend talk to usOn 7/6/she paid $100.00, 9/19/another check for $We bent over backwards to help her even after she was delinquent on paymentsWhat shop allows payment plans?? Not manyNot once did she make the payment she was supposed to eitherIn November we called her boyfriend to discuss missed payments and he was very apologetic and said he would like to settle the bill; we received a $check on 11/30/We then sent a letters about her payment plan on 12/22/and on 1/28/and still nothingThree days after she contacted the Revdex.com 02/08/2016, she sent another check of $If she wanted to have her fees waived and further repairs paid by us then why would she send another payment?
