we will replace the door.  Bill will go out to customer when he finishes the job he's on now.  He'll call before going.

To be clear the last and only person you have sent out since I had to file this claim stated that the door and handle were broken and needed to be replaced.  Not only that but he tried to move the other side of the latch around to make it work and that showed me all the extra holes that were drilled in your multiple attempts to fudge the unprofessional job that was done in the first place.  I am attaching a short video showing the sad excuse for the work that your company does.  I would be embarrassed if I was claiming this to be good work.  I would be even more embarrassed to state that magic wind forces cause this poor workmanship.  When you get done viewing please let me know when you will be delivering my check so I can get a door installed by a company who has a better sense of quality of work.
