Review: Bakers replaced a door skin to a damaged refrigerator, upon completion the water dispenser now leaks when used. I requested Bakers to send someone out to adjust it, a tech from Bakers came out and said that the line was cut too short upon installation and could not be repaired, also a trim piece on the bottom was broken or not re-installed properly. After several message to [redacted] ( customer service ) and not getting any call backs I requested to speak to her supervisor. I was told he was not available and that he had no voice mail. Bakers has been unresponsive to come up with any solutions to fix this issue or contact me when I leave a message. I paid up front for the service and had the part on site for them when they arrived to install it.Desired Settlement: Replace the entire door panel to match the existing one since the one they worked on can not be repaired.
