I am not going to go back and forth with this business owner. I want other people to know what this business owner did to me. They need to know he took advantage of me after I paid $589. That Mu daughter and I could have been injured with tampered brakes. That they should be put back to normal without any additional fees or additional services/ charges especially without prior authorization. I forgot to mention I don't like how he threatened to hand the car back not fixing the brakes when I told him he did something to them during the replacement of the ball joints. Finally, he should not use his scare tactics on telling me the motor mount is broke on one side and the engine would fall out if I didn't replace them immediately. Even demonstrating it to me. I finally went to a reputable dealership like [redacted] Mercedes and they informed me that was not true. They also informed me when he worked on the brakes he had shorted out the brake wire. This kind of business practice has to stop.

That is not how it happened. I spoke with the Mercedes dealership afterwards and based on what he repaired he lost the brake fluid In my car making it dangerous for me to drive it. He was only to repair the brakes and put
Them back to the way they were. I never authorized him to make an additional repair over the initial repair of the ball joints. If I had something else wrong he should have known that the day before. When I picked it back up I was not presented with a bill. I never authorized an additional purchase. I did get a bill days later and didn't know what to do. He was to repair the brakes only. Mercedes said he also shorted out the brake wire which was not before. I had just had the brakes replaced a few months earlier at the fluid should have not been low. It was so low the brakes had to be pushed to the floor and would barely work. He was doing this because I am a female and felt so
