February 5, 2016To whom it may concern:We have been trying to settle this issue with her for quite sometime. She refuses to contact us, she allows only her boyfriend to talk to us. She had repairs done 5/28/2015 and agreed to pay payments. The car was towed in, we found that the timing belt had broken and bent the valves in head. Replaced timing belt and components and replaced bent valves in cylinder head, also the two Serpentine belts for the water pump and power Steering. Car also needed 2 engine mounts and front brake pads for inspection. Vehicle also had a mass air sensor code in computer and we stated on the bill that it will need to be replaced in the future. Her total bill was $2344.70. She did ??? $1500.00 on 5/29/15 and agreed to pay $168.94 a month till bill was paid in full, which would have been paid off by 10/28/2015. She did sign a contract which we do have documentation of. Her boyfriend called the shop irate, Cussing us out saying he was taking it to another shop. He called back a week later apologizing Saying the shop confirmed that the work was actually done and done correctly. No "welding of the engine" or cutting was ever done, that is absurd, nor did we ever speak to her, NOT ONCE. She only had her boyfriend talk to us. On 7/6/15 she paid $100.00, 9/19/15 another check for $100.00. We bent over backwards to help her even after she was delinquent on payments. What shop allows payment plans?? Not many. Not once did she make the payment she was supposed to either. In November we called her boyfriend to discuss missed payments and he was very apologetic and said he would like to settle the bill; we received a $50.00 check on 11/30/2015. We then sent a letters about her payment plan on 12/22/2015 and on 1/28/2016 and still nothing. I guess this is what happens when you try to be nice. Because of Customers like her we are no longer able to help people out like that. We are now in the process of filing charges against her and taking her to court for the remainder of the balance. Such a shame!

Honest mechanics! Reasonable prices and they accommodate my schedule. Wouldn't trust anyone else with my car.
