Baker's Home Improvements, LLC

Company chose not to give us an estimate because we had turned down a previous job bid. We were scheduled for an estimate to have part of our kitchen remodeled. We had chosen Baker's Home Improvement because of its professional manner on a previous job we had it bid, but did not go with in that case. On the day of the scheduled estimate, the Baker truck pulled into the driveway, and immediately turned around and left. When I called the company, I was eventually told by the office, "He said he's not interested." I asked how he could not be interested if he did not come into the house. I was told he was not interested because he had bid on the other job before and didn't get it. Then what are estimates for? Does Baker's Home Improvement not shop for the best deal? Is this a good way to do business? My opinion of the company has changed from "professional" to "very unprofessional."
