Paid for product not delivered.
We ordered a sectional sofa in March of 2017. It was delivered in May of 2017, minus the accent pillows that we ordered. After 3 months of getting the run around, we were told the fabric had been discontinued, and we needed to come in to select another fabric, which we did. After After 4 more months of getting the run around, we were told some other excuse (I can't recall), and that we needed to return to select another fabric. We did. After 2 more months, we went back into the store to inquire, were again given the run around and said we would wait until we had an answer. We then overheard David *** on the phone (him not knowing we could hear), asking about how long it would take to have them made. When he came out, we confronted him, and he admitted to never ordering them! It is now almost a full year since we ordered the sectional, and still do not have the pillows. To add insult to injury, we contacted the manufacturer who confirmed that the original fabric had been discontinued, but not until June 2017. We took delivery in May, and should have had the original pillows we ordered, had this place ordered them in the first place. Continual lies. Still have not received what we paid for, almost a year after the sale.
