In our role as Third Party Administrator, we can only advise our clients in steps to take with their retirement plan. In this case, the client has elected to follow the terms of his document and process Ms. [redacted]' distribution based on the valuation at the end of the year of her termination from service.
I am rejecting this response because: They stated via mail on march 16 2015 and on 3 other ocassions that they would infact be releasing funds through 2013. They also stated that the employer agreed. Also the state department Fair Employment has agreed that I was wrongfully terminated. I find their decision to be completly unprofessional and in retaliation for filing this complait when in fact I do not want these people handling my retirement for one more minute. I am going to go forward to protect my funds and rights.
This is the same thing I have been hearing since 3/16/15, they promised to get me my distribution by the time my rent was do on the 1st which is Friday. I am on disability right now going through a hardship, and they can't even tell me where the check is, they told me 3 weeks over a month ago. This is my money not theirs, and that is what my complaint is all about, their mis-leading me and this money is set aside for retirement and at my request due to hardship I am asking them to release it. Please ask them for an exact day of distribution so I can have It in writing for my Landlord to avoid eviction.
