So much for getting my money in 7 days it is now a little over 2 weeks and I have not received anything. I did get a letter from the Credit card company and they took back $1050.00 because it was under the 90 day time frame for a complaint. They informed me that if Bakers Aviary sent me a good...

check and it went through the bank to let them know and they would return the money, but it looks like that isn't going to happen. So they still owe me $800.00 And the bird died on 1/13/2017, I think that is going on 9 weeks. Do you want me to file another updated complaint or is the one I filed already good enough.
