Baker's Welding Service & Equipment Repair

Review: The owner of this company is named William B[redacted]. I gave him a check for $600.00 in January of 2014 to repair a cylinder for a wood splitter. The check was cashed. He still has the cylinder, and the work was never done. I notified him by certified mail in June that I either wanted the money back or the work completed no later than the 4th of July. He said that it would be completed. It still has not been completed, and he does not answer any phone calls. I want my $600.00 back and the cylinder returned. I do not wish the work to be completed at this time, as I no longer trust this company will provide adequate service and I do not trust him.Desired Settlement: I want my $600.00 back and the cylinder returned.

At this time, I have not been contacted by B[redacted]'s Welding Service & Equipment Repair regarding complaint ID [redacted]. I have also filed a complaint with our local small claims court, and have a hearing scheduled regarding this later in September. The company did respond to the court order.
