I am rejecting this response because: Hi [redacted] [redacted] IS qualified to visually see that the phone had been replaced with a faulty LCD and [redacted] has accepted their unbiased professional diagnosis [redacted] at [redacted] Cell Phone repair had discussed in length that the LCD would never be replaced, as it was only months oldThis repair was for the glass onlyHe did not adhere to the service requirements, and replaced my perfect LCD with a used faulty oneHe verbally told me I will not get anything from himHe has never offered a refund, but said a few cuss words and hung up on me If he is now offering to replace the LCD, I must decline, for I would not trust this business with even a pair of socks As far as his business reviews, there are several other ones similiar to mine who have complained of his shoddy work And finally, yesterday afternoon [redacted] has sided with me and has refunded my moneyThis inconvenience, the loss of time and now the replacement cost of the now faulty LCD remains openI will be calling you today to further discuss this issue Thank you, [redacted]

She complained through [redacted] ? and got the money she paid frozenWhen I called [redacted] ? I explained what was going on and they sited with me and released the funds back to my accountI offered Mrs [redacted] a refund but I needed my part back and she did not want to do this? I cannot refund her the money and she gets to keep the partI will attach a picture of the text where she says "I got the phone [redacted] , nice job!!!!" I will also attach the email from [redacted] were they rule in my favorHer phone works and wants to keep it and get her money backThat is not fair thanks and feel free to call me at [redacted] ? Mrs [redacted] contacted about her SedgeI sent her an invoice with a quoteshe mailed her phone to me to be fixedI ordered the part and replaced itOn the Sedge you cant just replace glass you have to replace the whole LCDWhen the new part came in I fixed the phone and mailed it back to herWhen she received the phone she texted me saying " I got the phone [redacted] , nice job! Thank You !!!!" I can provide this to you guysOn 5-25-she text me saying I replaced the whole screen and only the glass was neededI told her if she wasn't happy she can send it back I'll put her old screen on and refund her the money and send her phone back with the old broken screenShe did not want that she wanted her money back and she wanted to keep the new ? screen I put on?

Hi, *** I gave Mrs*** the option to replace the screen with a new one she didn't want me to do thatI then Told her I can refund her if she sent the phone in I would put it back to its original state and refund her all her money plus all shipping fees she didn't want that eitherHer only solution was fro me to refund her and she would keep the phone as isI cant do that because that part is expensiveI've tried everything I could to fix this but I am a small businessGiving her the money back and letting her keep the part is not right on her endThe phone works she knows it does that's why *** agreed with meFurthermore she already left a star review on my page which is damaging my business reputationThe job was done correctly as it is mentioned by the text she sent me*** wireless does not fix phones and are not qualified to conclude that a part that was put in is faultyTo conclude sometimes you will meet people you cannot please no matter what you doI've done everything on my end to try to fix this but she's the one that does not budgeThis is the last letter I am sending in as this takes time away from my dutiesHer review is already hurting my business and that is not fair when I offered to fix thisFeel Free to call me at *** Thank

This repair was for the glass only.
