I met with [redacted] today on 7-8-to talk about the contract where she brought up the concern of me filing a complaint through the Revdex.comwe came to the agreement that I would withdrawl my complaint against bakersfield hyundai and after she has seen it has been closed then will undergo the writing of a new contract that we both agree upone, she has agreed to keep the same terms of my new contact so as to not have to run my credit again and keep me with the same monthly payment, she will have it listed as still making a $down payment even though I will not be making any down payement, I would like to withdrawl my complaint to keep up with my end of the bargainas long as the terms are fully met with what we have agreed upon today then I will fully close out my complaint filed

I went in today and talked to *** who is planning on resolving the issue with the purchase of my car, she is going to make the contract of the vehicle to fit to my needs under the one condition of me closing my complaint with the Revdex.comi have agreed to the terms to close my complaint with bakersfield hyundai, once she has seen that I am closing my complaint then we will get the contract squared away and finished
