Never had a problem with the book company, they were very nice about my complaint. I was never informed by the hotel staff of any thing except the manger would not be back, on three different calls.
I was not rude with anyone.
This company Bakersfield inn and suites has had many complaints on them in the past year.
They did how ever refund only half of my credit, after almost 30 days. I still would not refer them as a hotel to stay at.
