I am rejecting this response because: First off my name is *** not ***I don't yell and hollar I simply state the factsWhy did Joan tell me the items would be delivered the week of February 20th but when I called the vendor that had the sheeter - he had spoke to Joan and told her it would be another weeks because the belts needed to be replacedHe also informed he has yet to be be paid by Joan in fullJoan failed to communicate this with meSo was she planing to deliver all of the items except the sheeter? Noshe was planning to wait until the next week and tell me she doesn't have everythingA business owner with good customer service does not lead their customers to believe one thing when really intending anotherI feel mislead on several levels by Joan and I am appalled that she hung up on me when we were discussing my purchaseShe still has failed to answer why she ordered a mixer when I did not reply to that email and ask her toIn order to resolve this conflict I would like my order delivered and a discount - especially for the inconvenience, hassle and nonsense

***, is a Customer who thinks if she yells & hollars loud enough, she can get what she wants Our company did offer to deliver the Equipment, when it all arrived at our Warehouse we never offered to (unload) & take it into her Bakery & (Set it up) The only reason
we offered in the first place to bring it into our warehouse first, before delivering was to save her from multiple delivery times I am not aware of a freight Company who will deliver, unload & actually take the Equipment into a Bakery & set it up I told *** I was sorry, if she misunderstood, but our Company does not even have a lift gate & I suggested to her the best secure way to unload the Dough Mixers, because of the weight was for her to have a forklift there at the time of delivery We offered to have a Freight Company pithe Equipment here on Friday (if) the Mixer was here, at that time It is in transit but scheduled to be here by Friday.As far as only placing partial payments on certain Equipment she ordered, that was done because *** only gave us partial payment to start her order Once the balance was received it was transferred between Banks to get the Equipment balance paid for & begin shipping Some of her Equipment pieces were delayed in shipment due too bad weather.Our company regrets that *** is displeased with our service, but am sure she will be happy with the quality of the used Equipment she ordered from us Not everything goes according to Hoyle, when setting up a package of Used Equipment for a New Business, It would be Great if it would, but that is not very often the case

[redacted] has already received he dough Mixer & she received it with a liftgate service as she requested.  In answer to the question, as why I did not sent a refund on the Mixer, is because [redacted] had given me a deposit to start her order.  That deposit was put partially on the dough Mixer she had ordered.  when the freight company was slowed down due to bad weather, [redacted] did not understand & asked for a refund.   The Owner of the Mixer had already shipped his bowl & Attachments they were in transit,  so was the dough Mixer.  so no refund could be made at that time.  [redacted] now has her Dough Mixer & Attachment & am sure she is pleased with her Dough Mixer..
