Bakkila Plumbing called us (Testcomm LLC) to do a balancing job that had to be done ASAP, and we responded ASAP. They took our Certified TAB Report but have NOT paid for it. We have gotten two partial payments on a $1700.00 job over a year's time and the balance of $650.00 they can't seem to send to us.
NOT very good on paying their bills.
