Lacking the time and date of the call I am unable to verify the claim. I do apologize if she was not handled in a professional manner and if she could provide the time & date I will be happy to follow up on the the matter further. 3) Cancellation In order to close this matter and satisfy the customer we will, upon written request, cancel the agreement and waive the contract termination charge. The customer has been contacted today and we are set to install the part for him free of charge, tomorrow. The piece of equipment that is not working is a cell unit owned by the customer and AT&T is discontinuing service to that piece of equipment, therefore it needed to be replaced...
