Once you have received the item that you ordered from velocior you will never hear from them again and you cannot get in touch with this godly there are no phone numbers and when you email them you might as well be emailing *** Mars. NO ONE IS GOING TO RESPOND BACK. Do yourself a favor and order somewhere else the jewelry is not all that.

I purchased a ring for my wife on 12/7/18. Only received one email directly after the purchase stating that I bought the item. I email the company multiple times on 12/29/18, 12/30/18 and 1/1/19 but never received a response. On 1/3/19 I received a ring box in a padded mail envelope, but the box was empty. The package/envelope was not damaged or opened. I contacted the company again and received no response so I posted a bad review on their *** page, which immediately got a representative to respond. At that time they told me all packages were weighed by *** and that they themselves had sent the envelope to me and they knew it had a ring in it. But on the envelope there is no weight stated nor is the package insured. The representative also told me to contact the *** to file a case. But since there was no damage and no insurance I can not do so. I asked for my money back to which they have not responded. We paid $150 including tax and shipping.
