Review: I bought an SUV with the company on 09/07 and was not able to drive the car off the lot because it started smoking. They kept the car with their mechanic for one week. On 09/14 I was called to come pick up the SUV stating that it was ready. When I started the car the check engine light was on and the gas gauge was stuck on E. The owners nephew advise me that he will fix the issue with the engine light but I would have to bring him the car back. He also advise me that the gas gauge take time to go up. When I was driving home the car goes left when driving straight, the engine is loud like a motorcycle, the speed does not go past 50, and it shakes when driving. I've contacted the dealer several times to fix the issue with the truck mainly because of my safety and an explanation of why would they sell me a lemon, but they keep ignoring my calls.Desired Settlement: I signed a contract with them and understand I'm not able to get my refund, but I was promised by the owner's nephew that I would be getting a car that drives like a brand new car and was also told that any major issues with the car they would fix if I'm still within 30 days. I would like them to fix the car.

The costumer miss [redacted] bought the vehicle working and driving fine. She came back complaining about a mechanical issue. She left the vehicle at our dealership. Baladi auto center took the Vehicle to our mechanic and was completely fix with a six month warranty provide by our mechanic. After we called the costumer to pick the vehicle up. She said that she dont want the vehicle any more. She Was told by my staff that is she really hex/e a complaint with the vehicle she can go the our mechanic and everything will be take care. But she was very angry cause I did not gave her another vehicle . The gmc envoy was driving fine. Why she refuse to bring it back? We do not know. Baladi auto center is still here willing to help her with anything that comes with the vehicle and she also can get the extended warranty any time she feel like. I always answer every phone call. We never Ignore a costumer.

Review: Purchased a Vehicle in cash 9/5/13 also purchased 2 year Warranty. there were known problems with vehicle some that were not disclosed at the purchased time. We were informed that we could use our Warranty the next day it would activated. we drove the car home and to work the next day and when trying to leave work the car would not start. Had to have the car Towed home then a few days later to A Dealership of the Make of the car. We have tried to contact the Baladi Auto Group a number of times to where they wont pick up the phone when we call if they recognize the outstate phone number. We Live in CT. and purchased the car in Garfield, NJ. in addition the auto group has not submitted the paper work or the payment to the Penn Warranty co,

I contacted the warrant company directly and was informed that there is not a contract for a warranty under my name. I have contacted the Baladi group and left voicemails to have our paper work sent over to the warranty as we cannot move forward with repairs that are covered without it.Desired Settlement: Provide the proper paper work to Penn Warranty so the repairs can be made to our vehicle. there is no automatic coverege until Baladi auto group Submit the original paper work (Which we have a copy of) and the payment for the Warranty that we also paid in cash. Which was for a 2 Year Warranty
