Review: Complaint Type: Service Issues Description of Review: Hi May 2013 I hired Mrs [redacted] to edit my manuscript her total price is below , she revised it from $4000 to $3000 when I was laid off. I paid her $1000 upfront and therafter I sent her $500. she completed 3 full chapters and asked questions from chapter 4 to chapter 6. I answered those questions in October 2013 and have not receievd a revision yet. She told me she had medical issues and would get back to me. I have called her and she only reaches out to me by text.I called her several times since May of 2014, left messages but she will not return my call. I am writing the Revdex.com to reach out to her.She is a excellent editor and was providing me with excellent service until her personal issues started to arise in 2013 .Below is the email from [redacted] lowering her price. My manuscript is back with my publisher however they are waiting on the 1st 10 chapters from [redacted]. She is a excellent editor and would love to work with her but there is personal private issues that is going on that is causing a conflict with me as her clients, I would like to get it resolved. we are christian people and I would like to handle this in a decent manner. So please reach out to her for I don't know how too.
