Balance Point Heating & Air Conditioning

We were in a bind already having lived without hot water for two weeks waiting on another company to order a part. Then we called Balance Point. Everyone we spoke to was so empathetic, and they were able to squeeze us in for a visit the following day. As soon as the part was in they got an install set up, and we are so happy to have hot water again!

We had Balance Point install a whole house fan, furnace, and heat pump. Couldn't tell you how pleased we have been so far with all three, all are working great! The entire experience was first class from Ben, the estimator,to the final install crew. Every worker was polite, courteous, clean, and knowledgeable throughout the process. With the pandemic about, all wore masks and kept proper distance at all times. Would highly recommend this company to friends and family.

Very happy with this project to replace the 14-year-old home's original furnace, AC and water heater. Worked primarily with Ben (consultant), Mick & August (installation) and Don (tech inspection). All were very professional, answered all my questions, and kept the workspace clean while respecting COVID-19 guidelines. The upgraded system is more efficient and better suited to the house than the originally installed equipment. My highest possible recommendation to this company to fulfill your residential HVAC needs.

Balance Point replaced my Heater, AC, and Humidifier. Bill and Callen are knowledgeable about the products they sell and install. They're not pushy salespeople. They recommended one system they thought was best for our home but gave us the opportunity to install any of the systems they sell.
Installation went well, was timely, and their installer repaired issues with the existing ductwork. The system looks great and functions well. I'm very pleased we went with their recommended system.; the furnace is quiet, keeps the home within one degree of the set temperature, is remarkably efficient, and the thermostat works seamlessly with the installed systems.
Update:
Over the winter our new heater worked beyond our expectations. In April, Balance Point sent a technician to certify the AC unit so we could receiver our rebate. The technician was friendly and ready to answer any of our questions. We discussed maintenance of the system and steps to winterize and prepare for spring restart. Excellent service! I would recommend Balance Point to anyone needing HVAC work.
