Balance Point Therapy

Review: I prepaid for 7 massages, a total of $525.00. [redacted] has refused to honor the pre-paids and even though he said I could gift them, he has refused to honor that as well.

How it started: I saw [redacted] as a massage therapist for over a year and I have helped him a lot. My last appointment with him was a no show and I was concerned. I finally called a place that he had volunteered at and left a message to call me if he came in. He was so irate that at my next appt. he called me names and swore at me. He refused to do a massage on me and wanted to take a relief from the work, however, he said I could use the pre-paid amount towards his other services. After having been treated in a very unprofessional and unethical manner, I could not go to him for his other services.I received an email 1 and a half days later saying he was cancelling our appointment. Much too late. [redacted] has been paid in full for all my massages up to that date. I did audio tape the conversation and captured his anger and fowl language (F word)Desired Settlement: I would like either a refund or for [redacted] to allow me to gift them to someone else and for [redacted] to treat that person in a professional manner.
